Coming Home In May | Southern Alberta Photographer

Well everyone I have the official dates and available times that I will be home in May and ready to do some photos! Below is a schedule that should make things easy for everyone! As I book up more I will update the calendar! I hope I can get everyone in and I am so excited to be back in the saddle in a few short weeks! My camera is starting to feel neglected I’m sure. I won’t be coming home a ton so please if you want your family, engagement, senior, maternity, or whatever kind of shoot done by Meghan Maxwell Photography book now! Can’t wait to see you in May : )

Lacy + Hunter | Maternity Photographer

Since I have been living in Arizona my shooting days have been zero… with me being a Canadian citizen and all… and the US government saying I can’t work. Rude I know! I was dying to use my camera and edit some fun photos though! So our really good friends, Hunter and Lacy let me take some fun maternity pictures of them! My brand new hubby came along and helped me out too! It was so much fun having him there! I had never done any maternity work and thought it would help my portfolio grow and I can’t get paid so they got some free photos done! I would call that a win win for everyone! Plus Lacy had the greatest ideas! Which included a full on paint war…. yah we all had a blast! She even took a few pictures of Brett and I! See I told you, win win! We all can’t wait for little Riggins to make his big arrival in June!

Lacy is absolutely stunning! So easy to photograph!

I couldn’t decide what one I liked better…

Brett was my “location locator” and he found this amazing little opening in a grapefruit tree! Yep he’s hired.

Dreams Do Come True

Once upon a time there was this girl. She loved everything to do with weddings. She was also a little bit obsessed with photography. So she decided to combine her two loves into one and make it a career! She went to hundreds of weddings (okay maybe just like 30-40). Every time she went to a wedding a little thought used to pop into the back of her mind “maybe someday I will have a wedding…” Well guess what? This girl is going to get her own wedding… On the 23rd of February…. Oh and this girl, is ME : )

Lots of people have been wondering how and what things for Meghan Maxwell Photography will be changing. Yes I will be moving to Arizona to live with my soon to be hubby! (Incase you missed that yes I will have a hubby!) BUT don’t stress people I plan on travelling back to Souther Alberta to work quite a bit! If you are wanting me to shoot YOUR wedding, engagement, family, or maternity session, don’t worry I want to shoot it too! Just because my last name and address will be changing doesn’t mean my job is! So just incase you missed that we are still friends and you can still contact me with any photo shoot requests!

Oh and I bet you wanted to see how insanely handsome my fiance is right? And how cute of a couple we are right? Fine I’ll show you…
