This couple was a photographers one in a million kinda lucky catch! Heather may be the kindest girl that is walking the Earth and Lyle is the kind of guy everyone is instantly friends with! Seriously I will say it again how LUCKY am I! Their wedding is coming up in May and I am seriously counting down the days… I may actually have a countdown going on my iPhone…. I love these guys okay!

Black and White?
I know I said I would be a better blogger but it would seem I have lied to you. I really do apologize! Summer shoots have taken over my life. I would try and tell myself that I needed to blog but every time I sit at the computer I feel that editing takes over blogging! Which I feel is how it just has to be for now! I do promise once things have slowed down a bit this blog with get my full attention!
I have been posting most of my sneak peaks on facebook lately but I thought today I would be kind to all of my blog followers and post them on here!
First off I shot this bridal session this week and can I just say that I LOVE these two! They are the kindest, most fun people I know! They are the kind of people you meet and know you will be friends with after the shoot is over! I shot their wedding that sneak peak is on my facebook but here is a little look at their bridal session!
You are all dying over these images just like me right!! ….SIGH…. I just love my job so much!
Okay next up was little miss Terra! Her shoot was so much fun! The weather was so nice minus a little SOAB wind… but when isn’t it here right? She is seriously such a rockstar and so drop dead gorg! I had so much fun getting to know her and can’t say enough great things about this girl! As you can tell the camera loves her just as much as I do!
Mark and Bethany were so wonderful to shoot! They are so comfortable around each other and should be since they are high school sweethearts after all! They also happen to be fabulously photogenic which makes my job even better! We had to reschedule a few time due to rain but it let up just enough for us to get this session all done! I couldn’t be happier with how they all turned out! I also can’t wait for their wedding later this month! I hope you all enjoy these as much as I do…
I can’t even describe in words how much I loved this couple and this shoot! Can’t it be their wedding day already? Who wouldn’t love two incredibly good looking people with amazing style and beautiful ideas? After Justine and I talked about their engagement session I walked away knowing this was going to be a very romantic, beautifully vintage, lovely, and breathtaking shoot… and I think that is exactly how I would describe what we got! I hope you all enjoy this session.
I know I owe all my blog followers the longest apology for my total neglect and abandonment of this poor little site… Just know I am very sorry and will be blogging back to normal soon! Summer is just really busy! I hope this little treat I show you will help you to forgive me!

Last night’s Annual Academy Awards had me completely swooning over the glitz and the glamour! As always the red carpet outdid the actual award ceremony, but I stayed tune to take in the fashion. Anne Hathaway’s dress changes, Gwyneth Paltrow’s dress during her song performance, and seeing all the gentleman presenters looking so dapper was worth stomaching the awkward humor and the many jokes that were lost on me. Also I have two words for you Kirk Douglas. Yes he did upstage everyone, including the hosts. He also melted every heart watching. Seriously how cute was he?
Although red seemed to be the dominant dress colour of choice last night, we were far more fond of the soft pale tones of these particular gowns. We also think they could inspire some future wedding gowns…
Hailee Steinfeld’s Marchesa gown was utter perfection in every way. She is just 14 years old and making red carpet chic look as easy as breathing. Her dress was timeless, feminine and completely age appropriate. Our hats are off to this blooming style icon!
The second I saw Mila Kunis in Elie Saab my number one choice was solidified. I knew no one would be able to knock her off my first place pedestal. Could she have looked more perfect? Everything from her hair, makeup, tiny cinched waist, shoes, and skin tone were flawless. That dress was made for her and she wore it beautifully.
